Kenneth Gene Prusacki

Kenneth Gene Prusacki, 41, of Tamaroa, passed away at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, June 1, 2000 at the Marshall Browning Hospital in Du Quoin.
Kenneth was employed at G.S. Metals for 22 years.He was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Tamaroa. He was an avid fisherman, golfer, hunter and a softball game watcher.
Kenneth was born on March 11, 1959 in Du Quoin to Johanna Prusacki.
Kenneth was united in marriage to Monica L. Rojek on October 24, 1981 at Tamaroa, Ill. and she survives.
He is survived by his wife of Tamaroa, one daughter-Krystal Nicole Prusacki of Tamaroa; mother--Johanna Prusacki of Tamaroa; one brother--Joseph Prusacki and wife Kathy of Tamaroa; three sisters--Cindy Prusacki of Nashville, Cheryl Hunter of Nashville, Jennifer Prusacki Wallace of Hopkinsville, KY; paternal grandfather--Walter Prusacki of Tamaroa; mother and father in-law--Roman and Shirley Rojek of Tamaroa; sister-in-law Charlene Sparks and husband Tony of OFallon, IL; brother-in-laws--Roman Rojek of Missouri, Greg Rojek of DuBois, William Rojek and wife Michelle of Du Quoin, Mark Rojek and wife Anela of Tamaroa. Also surviving are 11 nieces and 11 nephews.
Funeral services were at 10 a.m. Monday, June 5, 2000 at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Tamaroa with Father Daniel Jurek officiating.
Friends were able to call from 3 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the Searby Funeral Home in Tamaroa, a prayer service was held at 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Interment was in the Immaculate Conception Cemetery at Tamaroa.
